Saman S. Wilcox is a Junior Partner Attorney at Hebert Law Offices, and has worked alongside Attorney Hebert since 2017. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law. She represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations litigation, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, paternity, and contempt actions. Attorney Wilcox is experienced in handling complex, high-conflict matters involving allegations of abuse, parental alienation, and substance misuse. In addition to her family law practice, she has litigated a range of criminal and appellate matters.
Attorney Wilcox earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. During law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk in both the Salem and Worcester District Courts, a Staff Editor for the UMass Law Review, and a representative for the Student Bar Association.
Her commitment to excellence and service has been recognized through numerous honors. From 2019 to 2025, Attorney Wilcox was consistently named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In 2018, she received the Clients’ Security Board’s William J. LeDoux Award for her pro bono work recovering client awards in personal injury cases. Upon graduating law school, she was honored with the Leader of Justice Award for completing over 200 hours of pro bono service and the Adams Pro Bono Public Award in 2014. Prior to joining Hebert Law Offices, she practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, and personal injury.
Attorney Wilcox approaches every case with compassion, integrity, and unwavering advocacy. She is also fluent in Urdu and Hindi and proudly serves clients from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond her legal practice, Attorney Wilcox is an active member of her community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Worcester Youth Center and as a mentor in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Tiered Community Mentoring Program. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
