    I rarely write reviews but when I do, it's usually a case of something very good or very bad. I'm happy to say this is a very good report! I chose Mandy, based on the reviews I read here, to handle my divorce - a second divorce - which gives me a bit more perspective on divorce attorneys (I've worked with 5 over the years). There is absolutely no question that I would use her in the future if needed. Here's why: She was always very organized and prepared when we met or talked on the phone. She was 100% focused on my case during these times and showed sincere concern and interest in getting the best results for me. When I had certain expectations surrounding the agreement that were unreasonable, Mandy would patiently play devil's advocate and helped adjust my expectations - but willing to support me regardless of what I chose. Her intellect and whit made this so much more tolerable ... and I dare to say fun at some points. She is the consummate professional, respectful of opposing counsel, articulate and on-point with her delivery, and takes no crap in the courtroom (while staying respectful, of course). She will go toe-to-toe in a heartbeat if needed. This is the attorney you want on your side - and very definitely NOT the attorney you want as opposing counsel! Is she busy? Yes. Was she there to pick up the phone for all my calls? No. If that is what you expect, I wish you luck because those attorneys have free time for a reason. When dealing with any legal situation, you would be wise to work as a team rather than expect your attorney to carry you through the ordeal. It was an uncontested, no-fault divorce, and my wife and I had no assets to divide, but we still needed help preparing all the paperwork, notarizing the documents, and getting a hearing at the courthouse as soon as possible. Mandy met us at the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court (in Cambridge, MA), brought all of our paperwork all ready to go, helped us sign and notarize all the documents, and managed to get us a hearing with a judge that same morning, within an hour. Mandy also attended the hearing until the end, to make sure that everything went smoothly for us.     Once I contacted Jeff it was a week or so before we got moving. We consulted first then I hired him to write a demand letter to the service shop. Within 2 days of the service provider receiving the demand letter, they paid it in full. My Lawyer was professional and replied to emails and phone calls promptly.     I want to be careful not to sound like a shill for Mandy, but we could have not asked for more in an attorney than Mandy in our custody case for our granddaughter. First, the most pertinent statements; because of covid our case was the longest in the DCF's case workers careers we were associated with; in total over two years. I feel my wife and I are most qualified to review Mandy. If you are in a hurry here's two points:
    1. DCF told me personally "Mandy is known as a bulldog in court"
    2. My drug addicted son we were fighting for custody over called her "satan" lol.
    The negative reviews I read on here were completely foreign to our experience. Mandy was more available and gracious with her time than any attorney we have ever worked with. Yes, we won our case and Mandy put in strategic stopgaps for any future custody attempts. We have already recommended her and received grateful replies from friends that have used her services.
